37 Filbert StreetStations 251 and 252, Union and Taunton Fire Companies, were dispatched to a reported structure fire at 37 Filbert Street in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 12th. Deputy Chief Plowman (2510) arrived to find a working attic fire in an older two story dwelling. All companies were placed in service and an interior attack was mounted to contain the damage to the residence. After forty minutes, the incident was placed under control by the Deputy Chief. There was one minor injury to a firefighter who was treated and released at the scene.
