We would like to thank Medford Resident Ms. Carole Gold for donating three sets of Life-saving Oxygen Masks for Animals through Project LOMA (Life-saving Oxygen Masks for Animals). These masks will greatly enhance our care giving abilities to animals in their desperate time of need. we would also like to thank Ms. Jana Mazzio who is the founder of Project LOMA. She has spearheaded this great cause to help supply Fire and EMS departments around South Jersey with the proper tools to provide better care to the animals.

The Medford Fire Division is a combination Division that is responsible for providing fire, rescue, special rescue, and prevention Services. The Division’s goal is to provide superior fire protection and rescue services that minimize loss of life, injury, and property damage due to fire or accidents. The Township is protected by two volunteer fire stations with 50 members supplemented by 5 career firefighters that respond to over 1200 fire calls a year. (more…)
