  • What is my username and password?

    Your Division of Fire web page username is most likely your first initial and your last name, i.e. John Smith would be "jsmith". In the event that your username is different, for example if two members share the same first initial and last name, you will be mailed your username upon account creation. Your password will be randomly generated upon the creation of your account and is easily changed within your account settings page.

  • Why doesn't my current password work?

    If you currently have a username and password on a Division of Fire computer network, this account is seperate from the web site account that you are registering for with the completion of this form. Changes to your computer network password, or this web site password will not reflect on your other Division of Fire or Medford Township computer network accounts.

  • Why does it say it will take 48-72 hours?
